Coronavirus in the Trojan Community— Caris Han

Coronavirus in the

Trojan Community

Caris Han

Memories are tied to particular moments in time, but an essential part of the Trojan experience as an undergraduate student is rooted in the crevices of our campus. The extended hours of Doheny Library during dead week, where students sneak in 5-minute naps, the ongoing fundraisers scattered on Trousdale, and farmer’s markets every Wednesday at McCarthy Quad. These specific experiences are what connects us with alumni, and Trojan parents. So, this begs the question of what the essence of a University truly is. With the quarantine in place and classes moved online, what makes up the university? This photo series captures the ethereal beauty that encapsulates the physical campus, spaces, and buildings of USC, while students, faculty, and the Trojan Family are staying at home.
